McGill University management legend and Officer of the Order of Canada Henry Mintzberg revolutionized management thinking with his 2004 book Managers Not MBAs. Mintzberg shared his thoughts on leadership during and post-pandemic with 20 questioners from around the world — many his former students in the International Masters in Practicing Management and the International Masters for Health Leadership programs at the Desautels Faculty of Management — in a January 19th video conference moderated by McGill strategy and leadership guru and Policy contributor Karl Moore.
